Kartify Billing Policy

1. General

Kartify offers free and paid membership plans, providing users with access to advanced features and integrations. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this Billing Policy. This policy ensures transparency regarding payments, refunds, cancellations, and other billing-related aspects of our service.

2. Payment and Subscription

  • Payments for paid memberships are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis based on the selected plan.
  • By subscribing, you authorize Kartify to charge your payment method on the billing cycle renewal date.
  • Payments are made in advance, covering the upcoming billing cycle.
  • Users must maintain a valid payment method on file to avoid interruptions.
  • If a payment fails, Kartify will attempt to process it again within 5 days. If the issue persists, the account may be downgraded to a free plan or suspended.

3. Free Trial

  • Kartify may offer free trials for premium features at its discretion.
  • Free trials are available to new users only and are limited to one per account.
  • At the end of the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are generally not provided. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to Kartify's services, you may request a review by contacting support within 7 days of the charge.
  • Prorated refunds for partial usage are not offered.
  • In cases of fraudulent transactions, users must contact their payment provider and notify Kartify immediately.
  • If a user accidentally subscribes to the wrong plan, a refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.

5. Cancellation and Downgrade

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • Cancelling will prevent future billing, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of the billing period.
  • Downgrades to a free plan will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
  • If a user downgrades their plan, no partial refunds or credits will be issued.
  • If you cancel and later resubscribe, the new subscription will start immediately, and any previous promotional discounts will not apply.

6. Changes to Pricing and Billing

  • Kartify reserves the right to modify pricing, features, and billing terms with prior notice to subscribers.
  • Any pricing changes will take effect in the next billing cycle after notification.
  • Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  • Special promotions, discounts, or offers are non-transferable and may not be applied retroactively.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

  • If payments are not received within 7 days of a failed transaction, the account may be suspended.
  • Reinstating a suspended account may require payment of any outstanding balances.
  • If an account is terminated due to a violation of Kartify’s Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued.
  • Users may request to delete their accounts, but no refunds will be granted upon deletion.
